The below mentioned Terms and Conditions are valid for each participant registered for the European Spine Review & Cadaver Course 2019

Maximum number of participants in the practical sessions: 40

Participants that are financially updated members of the World Spinal Column Society will have priority in attending this course.

European VAT rules apply

The Participation in the lectures only Fee includes:

  • Attendance of the theoretical sessions
  • Final Program and Certificate of attendance of the theoretical sessions
  • Access to the exhibition area

The World Spinal Column Society Members Fee & Non-Members Fee includes:

  • Attendance of the theoretical and practical sessions of the course
  • Participation in the cadaver sessions of the course
  • Final Program and Certificate of attendance of the theoretical and cadaver sessions
  • Access to the exhibition area

For the practical sessions on cadaver specimens (participation with the full registration fee) there is a limited number of participants. Companies that wish to cover the registration of health professionals in the cadaver sessions are requested to inform the secretariat as soon as possible, in order to ensure their participation. If the places for the practical sessions are covered, the organizing committee reserves the right not to proceed to more registrations

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to the course secretariat at secretariat@synthesispco.com

  • For cancellations submitted until 15th of December 2018, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
  •  
  • For cancellations submitted from the 16th of December 2018 until the 15th of January 2019, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
  • No refunds will be made after the 16th of January 2019.


NAME CHANGE

Name changes must be submitted via e-mail to secretariat@synthesispco.co 

  • For name changes submitted until 15th of December 2018, no extra charge will applie
  •  
  • For name changes submitted from the 16th of December 2018 until the 15th of January 2019, 30€ per name change will be withheld
  • No name changes are possible after the 16th of January 2019.

Full prepayment of the respective fee is required upon the time of registration. Payment is possible via the following methods:
